Quatre (spoilers)

I keep expecting them to reveal that Quatre is gender ambiguous or female or something (I don't really care either way, I think of him as a decent character). I looked at some stuff online and it looks like in the finale, they revealed he was a member/victim of the DG cult? Somehow I missed that :( If there are any other details please let me know...

Quatre is male. He has a feminine appearance but everything about him is male. He got mad when Van asked if he was a girl or boy (though NISA edited the dialogue to say "what's your pronoun?". Quatre's response was of anger because he's a boy who identifies as a boy.

Basically Quatre was one of the children used by the DG cult as sex slaves to bring in money from rich perverts, just like Renne. Since he looked very feminine as a boy they enhanced that look with some modifications to make him more feminime and such to sell him to customers who are into that specifc "kink". He actually gets mentioned in Renne´s star door in Sky 3rd by name.
Because of that he wears the bandages to hide the scars from the operations on his chest and does not want to get into a shared bath with anyone.
Plus is a but prickly if someone does point out how feminine/androgynous he looks.

Even if he has a past, that doesn't modifies the fact that he is what he THINKS he is, because the only one that can say what he is is himself. Exterior factors shouldn't really matter.

I just finished chapter 4, and didn't notice any indication Renne and Quatre were acquainted. Perhaps I missed it, but that's great info about star door 15.

Quatre's backstory will come much later in the game. I feel it's likely just a coincidence that he shares a name with one of Renne's personas from Star Door 15. Or at absolute most he and Renne could have been at a same holding location beforehand thus inspiring the persona, because they definitely didn't end up at the same cult facility ultimately. Unless DB2 comes with more details and clarifies it, because I didn't get the impression they were at the same facility from DB1.

Even in ficton , if a character thinks is the reincarnation of the ubergod of darkness, a mighty dragon, the tooth fairy, a man, or a woman if the story later contradicts him, that makes the charater either a liar or delusional.

In fiction, the overarching plot decides, what the specific character thinks is irrelevant.
In realty, biology decides, what people think is irrelevant.

He is agender, it will be clear in Kuro 2 that his Parents were Members of D.G and wanted to produce a perfect, angel-like human which God could descend into. Thats why he was genetically modified

Neither false equivalence nor denial of science could be had because he didn't even talk about these things, you just drew conclusions about it that you didn't like and ascribed it all to him. Then you had him strawmanned, with a diverse variety of ad hominems accompanied by presumptions and assumptions, and in that you demonstrated his own point about delusions as your entire post is fighting windmills, which is really funny. Seems like your grasp on reality goes only as far whatever you feel (I doubt you think) like you need to refute.
