English VA or Japanese VA. What will you choose?

Will you play this with Japanese VA or English?

Personally, I like how consistent the JP VA is with the voice cast, like, it's the same character that dubbed the character from sky that is doing it again here, so it feels consistent while sadly voices change between games way too constantly with the English version, sometimes for the worse sometimes for the best.

As far as I've seen though, the VA looks good this time for me, so I'll give it a chance, I always do, but if I start feeling annoyed by some voices, I will switch back to Japanese. :)

I played with the jp va last year, so i'll definitely be doing the english this time.

I personally like both, but some japanese lines don't have subs (mainly battle quotes), so I'll pick the english va

I have been playing with the fan-patch and i think the Japanese VA is amazing. The issue for me is that very few lines are acually voiced. But that's nothing new with the series. But sometimes the english releases have more voiced lines and if that's the case then it might be worth it just for that.

I played the entire series with Japanese voices only but i watched quiet a few Lets Plays on YT in English and dont hate the English voices.
But i just prefer Japanese voices in my JRPG.

english first time around, Japanese for the inevitable replay. English cast in the Trails games so far has mostly done a really good job.

Going with english va. Played all the Trails games in english and this will be no different.

Probably English, this will be my first Trails game but I'm a huge Ys fan and they all have had very solid dubs

already played kuro 1 in japanese with the fan translation patch i might try the english version even though the localization sucks

Japanese obviously, Eng dub is always worse when it comes to anime/jrpg. That's just a fact.
