Is there a way to unlock this in game or do you have to buy it?

If you mean the deck from jace beleren. I unlocked it by klicking in the dampaign map on the Planeswalker duells on the botton right. Than just klicked on Jace Belerens Portrait, the his deck was unlocked, so i could challenge it, and after i beaten it i can play it now.

You just need to beat Jace Beleran in game. Every time you complete a plane int he campaign, you can challenge a planeswalker to a duel for their deck.

If I have won all the campaign modes and in free-for-all matches vs. mind maze, deadwalkers, and guardians of light and have not unlocked any of them what do I do then?

As explained in the first reply, go to the normal campaign and click the Planeswalker icon in the bottom-right corner.

I think Jace is used the promo codes in Revenge Cause he just used Impulse Command on me? I think thats whats its called but it's not in the unlocks wierd?
