Ravinca what deck to use for the gruul raiding party?

Any deck with cheap removal. The raiding party is a joke if you kill the Fireslinger on turn 1 or 2.

Avacyn's Glory is the best bet, since Path to Exile will also screw up the AI's draw order.

Providing you can pull Path to Exile. I personally was struggling with Avacyn's Glory. Mind Maze works quite well. Also while a bit of a stretch Sylan Might can work quite well if you have the expansion as if you get the right creatures out Bloodthirsty becomes trivial although he will eventually pull a 20/20 on you if it goes on long enough.

You can. Magic has this thing called "mulligans".
DotP even gives you a free one.

Well yeah you can do it that way. Ideally starting out with Path to Exile, Oblivion Ring and Fiend Hunter.
