Prevent all damage target spell would deal this turn.
The damage nullification only effects damage done by the spell itself. Creature damage is indepedent of spell damage, so even though Prey Upon is a target spell the damage is indirect.
If the spell did damage to creatures, that would also be nullified.
Or haste creatures.
This is true in paper Magic, but if I recall correctly, it's not implemented in DotP.
• Lord of the Unreal no longer grants hexproof after losing its abilities.
• When a creature enchanted with Spirit Mantle is "turned into a frog," it loses protection from creatures for as long as it is a frog.
• The effect of Hallow targeting a card that is being cast also applies to that card once it is a permanent on the battlefield.
• If Evil Twin is removed from the battlefield after activating its ability but before the ability resolves, the targeted creature is destroyed.
• Multiple abilities that prevent a creature from untapping during its controller's next untap step only prevent the creature from untapping once total rather than once for each ability.
• When a player concedes an online match, their rating will drop and the remaining player's rating will increase even if the replacement AI opponent wins the match.

So for instance:
1. The creature has haste and attacks this turn, would deal no damage this turn.
2. The creature would be a target for prey upon/hunt the weak, will itself deal no damage this turn (if your team mate has vigor in play (and is playing garruks deck) then you could gain a load of life, and boost the power/toughness of the just cast creature)
3. Your opponent has warstorm surge, then the creature should not do damage.
p1: Falkenrath Aristocrat (pass priority)
p2: Hallow (in response to Falkenrath Aristocrat spell)
p1: Skullcrack on p1 (pass priority)
p2: Hallow (in response to Skullcrack)
p1: nada
p2: nada
so the stack resolves:
Prevent all damage dealt by Skullcrack this turn. You gain life equal to the damage dealt this way.
Players can't gain life this turn. Damage can't be prevented this turn. Skullcrack deals 3 damage to target player.
Prevent all damage dealt by Falkenrath Aristocrat this turn. You gain life equal to the damage dealt this way.
Flying, Haste, 4/1. Sacrifice a creature: Falkenrath Aristocrat is indestructible this turn. If ya sacrificed a human, put a +1/+1 counter.
What happens? This is news to me, that you can Hallow a hasted creature spell, and that effect continues on when it turns from a card to a spell to a creature (until EOT obvi)!
The stack doesn't resolve. Objects on the stack resolve one at a time, and players receive priority after each object resolves.
The Hallow on top of the stack resolves, creating a damage prevention effect that doesn't actually do anything yet. Then the active player gains priority.
If both players pass priority, Skullcrack resolves, changing the rules and making it so that damage prevention effects don't do anything. Then it changes the rules so that players can't gain life. Then it deals three damage, and damage prevention effect from Hallow doesn't do anything because the rules have been changed so that damage prevention effects don't do anything. Then the active player gains priority.
If both players pass priority, the second Hallow resolves, creating a damage prevention effect that won't do anything. Then the active player gains priority.
If both players pass priority, Falkenrath Aristocrat enters the battlefield, and the active player gains priority.
