Promo CODES no longer working ?

So i had to reinstall the game on a new computer, and found out that since the game is not sold anymore everywhere, promo codes seems to not work anymore. Since it's server related, i suppose that MTG 2014 server are no longer available for downloading content such as the promo codes ? .. So if you have to reinstall the game, know that you will now be stuck to 30 cards to unlock and no more foil...

I tried to unlock the cards using the thing but there is a DLL file that is no longer available to do the trick.
