True Ending

I have all 8 fragments and Holy Virgin but not getting true ending.
What could be the problem?

I second that notion. Man, if you ever get her shackled, good luck on undoing it. The game is almost unworkable in the quest areas with her shackled. A guide would really help there.

p.s. figured it out. It's a pain, even on easy mode, but you do have to consult the 'map' in the guides section for the clues to where each thing is. If you fumble around blindly, the odds of getting a 'loss' are extremely high.
