Sonic Adventure 2 is one of the best games on steam and more old games from gamecude, ps2 etc should be added!

One of the best games on Steam, or Gamecube? No. How THIS thing ranks among great Gamecube games like Paper Mario TTYD, Pikmin, Pikmin 2, Mario Sunshine, Wind Waker, METROID PRIME, and Super Smash Bros Melee reallly puzzles me.

And if I were to list better games than SA2, (or for that matter Sonic games in general) on Steam, I'd probably be here all day.....

This is the second best sonic game in my opinion and the 3rd best gamecube game. And yes, we do need more games from this era.

This ranks directly under TTYD and Wind Waker. Pikmin and Pikmin 2 are better than this but i only played the wii versions. Mario sunshine is the game everyone is mixed on and Metroid Prime i keep forgetting to play. SSBM doesn't really fit in a judged category so i say nothing about that.

Don't worry about TGI, she is another one who is around for nothing more than hating the game as hard as she can.

Wind Waker is not bad and I heard Pikmin were random fun games. But all those games are mainly unique to consoles and I doubt they ever find themselves on PC. Otherwise, we would all be playing Zelda. Jokes aside though, I doubt we will be allowed to see any of those games on Steam. I could be wrong, though. The only way to play those right now, well... I won't say anything about it, here.

well for the majority it is just nostalgic value to be fair... despite this the game has sold incredibly well so there is one factor proving it is better than the majority of the games you hve mentioned. if you refer to sales charts you will see it ranks higher than most of the games you claim to be "better" so despite this and the nostalgic value yes i agree there isnt anythin special about the game its just simplistic fun and a great game all round.

Meh. I couldn't find any fun in any of gameplay styles it had to offer. The whole thing was just killed for me by a couple of bad ideas and several questionable design choices. Couple that with a plot that never intrigued me and extra content that I can't be bothered with because its sooo boring.
