Random Slow downs?

Im just playing in a level and BOOM! its just this random slowdown and it happens alot and at the worst times its like this game is in slow motion. i can run TF2 flawless so i dont think it is not meeting the minimum requirements... Fix?

i put the game in windowed mode it runs fine now :D

For some of the new gaming laptop computers, they have two graphics cards in them, a dedicated graphics card and and integrated one. My laptop is top of the line and the game runs perfect on both cards, but if you have nvidia, then what you do is right click on your desktop, go to nvidia control panel, click manage 3d settings, click add, find the folder that sonic adventure 2 installed in, then click sonic adventure launcher and then select the graphics card that runs the program, then click apply. Do the same thing with the launcher and you should be fine.

i already played the game without any efforts or slow motions. Today, i decided to play Sonic Adventure 2 and i found this stupid problem.
