idk- like i said but i'll just get it when its pretty much at least 10% off during a seasonal sale
It's not very much content and not at all worth the price (it should have come free with the game to begin with imo). I wouldn't suggest bothering with the DLC unless you want to 100% the game for achievements or the extra stage.
New levels to multiplayer: if you don't have friends that are intrested in sonic than your only option is brother. oh and BTW you'll need an Xbox controller but you probably know that.

As for the multiplayer, it's an unbalanced, insane mess with special powers all over the place and made for griefing. It plays...alright on Remote Play(takes some setting up, nothing awful but the first time was a pain) but local is better, and with one-click mods the character options are limitless. I've had a lot of fun with the multiplayer, provided you enjoy the chaos that is any Sonic game with multiplayer options.
