The first stage is really easy when he chases you with his tail or his mouth for roughly 15 seconds. Wait until he is tired, then you'll notice life-support tubes on the sides of his neck start flashing red. Take aim and shoot up the tubes as if they are a rail and attack his life support on the top of his body.
The second stage gets a bit harder where you have to be a bit evasive. The biolizard will start firing energy balls at you. These can be pretty hard to evade, but think of lateral, side-to-side maneuvers with rolls and jumps.
The third stage is when he spawns the small, red booger projectiles (don't know how else to describe them lol). These will start shooting at you, but you have to take your time with your jump attacks and hop up to the life support for the attack. This part is super challenging, but aim precisely. You got this!
The fourth and final stage is when you are floating in the air, and you have to navigate through the red booger projectiles to the life support. Wait for an opening and find a feasible path.
Getting frustrated at the biolizard level is not uncommon. I remember when I was a kid, and I swear it took me DOZENS of times to master getting through it. I'll try to post a video to further help you out!
You didn't have to type all that lol, I was about to delete this post because I thought I sounded like I was whining, and just wanted to try it again until I got it without begging people for tips. However, thanks for all that you typed! Very useful information, and thanks for the work you put into typing on a random discussion!
Update: Well, I beat it, now just have to beat finalhazard!

For that part, it’s smarter to stay far away from the head and closer to the tail so you can see them coming and have time to know what to do.
The ground ones you jump, and the floating ones you can roll under.
It’s a hard fight compared to the others. But once you get it, it’s pretty simple to do it right on replays
