NEED HELP WITH AQUATIC MINE PLEASE!!!

I was playing through SA2 in hero mode, and I eventually reached Aquatic Mine. I found the fisrt two emerald shards really quickly, and I thought to myself that I was going to get a really good rank on this stage. The third one then. I have been looking everywhere for almost an hour and a half, and raging so hard, and none of the tutorials/walkthroughs on YouTube have told me where it is. PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE IT IS!!! IF YOU GET IT RIGHT I WILL FOLLOW YOU!!!

The shards for the Master Emerald change each time you enter the level or the level is restarted so while I might end up with my last shard at the bottom very top of the map you might find your last shard at the very bottom in one of the tunnels. It confused me my first time playing as well and I went through about 5 different walkthroughs before anyone told me it changed so the walkthroughs didn't really help in all cases. Incidentaly while exploring Aquatic Mine did you happen to pick up Knuckles' Air Necklace power up? If not I'll put a link to a youtube video that helped me when I forgot where it was at the end of this on how to how to find that, it'll help out a lot in the final level. Sorry I didn't find this discussion earlier to help you out though, but I hope the knowledge that emerald locations are randomized and the link to how to find the Air Necklace will help out some.
