Good game. But if you're not one to practice a lot and haven't played many 3D Sonic games, you might want to try Adventure 1 first (since its more relaxed and easier) and then try this one once you're better.
2 Battle was the Gamecube port of the game that added Chao Karate, and more multiplayer stages. On Steam, its the Battle DLC

Because Chao Karate has 3 emblems to obtain, you will need the Battle DLC to get all 180 emblems in this version, if fully completing this game is something you're interested in.
