Downloads
• SA Mod Manager: https://github.com/X-Hax/SA-Mod-Manager
• SA Input Controls: https://gamebanana.com/mods/515637
Just download the mod manager from the first link, extract its contents in the folder where the game is installed and its *.exe file is located, run SA Mod Manager and follow its instructions to get it set up. Then you can either a) download SA2 Input Controls from the second link and extract it to the new "mods" folder that was created when installing SA Mod Manager or b) use SA Mod Manager's 1-click install feature to download and install the mod that way.
Alternatively, you can use Steam's own Steam Input feature to wrap XInput to your DualSense controller. You can set this by right-clicking the game on your Steam library → Properties → Controller, and set Steam Input to Enabled (not "Default" in case PS4/5 Controller support if it wasn't set globally on your system). Also make sure that you launch the game's configuration launcher tool and set your Player 1 controls to Gamepad so it uses your controller and not your keyboard if you go this route.
