Chao garden camera problems??

*mods don't help*
I already asked but I didn't got any help with that.. it's very uncomfortable to play Chao garden.. the camera randomly zooms very close to character or just not following where i'm going, showing one frame like in some gmod camera thing,

if anyone has same issues please tell me how to fix this :c it's used to be normal..
