Running in background?

Is it possible to keep the game running in background? I want to raise my Chao while I'm on the web/Skype...

Yes there is in fact. Here's how: When you launch the game there should be a game configuration window that comes up before you get into the game. (Make sure that the game is not in full screen mode) Then enter the game, do what you have to do, and then just drag the window down like you would if you were on an internet browser and that's it!

That doesn't work because the game automatically stops until I make it my active window again...

There was a mod that I saw that allowed this, can't remember who posted it though.

You can also go to Sonicretro.org and do a forum search of the mods that people have created. SonicRetro is really the best place to go for this information.

I also found out that if I click the start button on the task bar followed by the task I want to open (e.g. Skype), Sonic Adventure 2 keeps running in the background. The only issue is that if I type something anywhere, my character will move accordingly on the game ehehe.

Well, I stopped using the keyboard and I just use my XBOX controller.
