this game has also Chaos(and a Chao Garden, but it's not very good)
By the way, "Chao" is both singular and plural, so it's never "Chaos". So you'd say "Hey look at those three Chao over there." instead of "chaos"
Of course, if you actually meant Chaos (i.e. the watery creature that flooded Station Square in Sa1), then yeah: he appeared in Sa2 as a cameo in multiplayer mode (along with Tikal); and also made a proper appearence in Sonic Battle (GBA) as a playable character.
The original SA1 has a completely different Chao system with things like HP and a different facial expressions system. For example, you can actually murder your Chao by attacking it, but in SA2 and SA1 DX, all it does is piss them off and reduce their lifespan.
I'd say that SA2 is the best by far for raising Chao. You get a lot of options and tools than you simply don't have in SA1 and the mechanics are the best out of all the games. The only thing I feel that SA2 lack compared to SA1 are bigger and more interesting-looking Chao gardens, but unless you breed them like crazy, it shouldn't be a problem.
