Which Story First?

Which Story would you play first in Sonic Adventure 2? Hero Side or Dark Side?
I would play the Hero Side Story First & help Sonic save the day.

There's really nothing I can say that would help you pick. It really just boils down to what you prefer. The Dark side takes place before the Hero side, if that helps.

If you play the Dark Side story first, it's easier, and it has a story scene that can make you feel like a heel...at least, until you play the Hero story.

So, I'd say, play the Dark story first. But, really, do it whichever way you want.

I don't get why people think the Dark story is so easy.
Anyway, I always just go Hero -> Dark because that's the way they're listed on the menu, so I always thought that it would go like that, but the stories happen at the same time. Dark side story gives information on Shadow and his awakening while the Hero side story is more about Sonic's adventure. It all depends on your preference

Or you can play One Hero, one Dark Level & tell the story chronologicly until you reach the Last Story.

All depends on personal preference really. The first time I played the game, I played Hero Side first. Granted, I do agree with some users that Dark might make a little more sense because it does take place before Hero. Though, if you want to be completely surprised, do Hero, than Dark.

If you want to beat the Hero Story first, choose Hero Story, if you want to beat the Dark Story first, do the Dark Story. Just choose one. I like to play it equally so I can get through each story equally.

Both Hero & Dark Stoires must be completed in order to Unlock the Last Story.
