Chaos Chao Question

I already read the guide and all that, but wanted to be sure.

It states my chao needs to be 'neutral' until the baby phase of it's third life, that mean it remains the default blue chao, or just don't allow it to become like, a flying or swim type.

Second, about how long does it take to go from hatching to reincarnating in a Chao's life cycle?

1) By Neutral, it means that you can't let it get too far on the good side (Petting with Hero Characters) or too far on the bad side (Petting with Evil Characters). Find a good balance.

2) It hatches, turns into a cocoon for evolution 1, turns into a cocoon again, and then that decides what it will do (Die / Reincarnate). Sorry if you were looking for an exact time :/

So, for a chaos chao, not allowed to let them ever become hero or dark before their third life when I'm makign them evolve into one...?

You can evolve it into a Hero or Dark Chao that part doesn't matter. Once it reaches its third life or once you've reincarnated it twice just give it all animals as in one of each (no Chaos Drives) and wait for it to evolve again then when it evolves and emerges from the cocoon you'll hear what sounds like church organ type music meaning you now have a Chaos Chao.

As for time it took me about an hour staying in the garden for the chao to evolve then another say 1 and a half hours before it dies and is reborn again provided you didn't abuse/attack it. Always pet it, pick it up and so fourth to guarantee it will evolve into a Chaos Chao because there's a slight chance that it won't if you didn't give it enough love and affection.

I personally love.....actually no i adore the Angel Chao myself

Summary: To make a Chaos Chao just reincarnate it twice and give it all animals, one of each and no Chaos Drives. Evolving it into Dark, Neutral and Hero Chao beforehand doesn't matter.

If you are looking to get the Neutral Chaos chao, just spend an even amount of time with a chao between a hero and dark character. You also need to avoid giving it animals and only feed chaos drives. For example: Play levels to get 10 of a certain (or just any) Chaos Drive for both Hero and Dark, then go into the garden with any Hero/Dark character and give the chao in question those drive, repeat the process again with the opposite team.

The process is the same for both Chaos Angel and Chaos Devil as well, save for you use Hero and Dark on their own respectively.

Process is as follows
1. Chao hatches
2. Chao evolves into Hero/Dark/Neutral (after a certain time has passed in the garden)
3. Depending on how good their life was, they will do one of two things:
• Reincarnate - Good life/Well taken care of (pink chao head shaped shell)
• Pass away - Bad life - Abused/Neglected/Ignored (grey chao head shaped shell)

If the chat Reincarnates, the process will repeat two more times before getting a Angel/Neutral/Devil Chaos Chao. Takes a lot of game time, but I find it a lot of fun to raise the perfect Chao :3

As for the time between hatching and Reincarnation, I think it was about 3ish in garden hours for each stage, like actual real hours played, not ingame time. Yes, that is slow, but again, well worth the outcome :3
