1) First, buy an expensive item from the Black Market, and put it into your Chao Garden.
2) Leave the Chao Garden from the lobby so it autosaves your progress.
3) Go back into the Chao Garden, take the item you bought and sell it.
4) Once you get your rings from selling the item, go into the Options and change any of the game's settings. Once you exit the Options menu, the game will autosave.
5) Alt+F4 out of the game, relaunch it and repeat steps 3-4.
The reason this works is because when the game autosaves after changing the options, it only autosaves your main file but not the Chao file, so you'll still have your rings from selling the item but the Chao file thinks you never sold it due to that file never being updated in the process hence why it'll still be there when you come back.
This only works in the Steam, 360 and PS3 versions as they added the Options to the pause menu.
By 360, I meant XBOX 360.
Yes, it can be any item. The reason why I specifically mentioned more expensive items is because they'll sell for more money so you'll make more rings quicker.
If I'm willing to use exploits, then I'm willing to cheat. And if I'm willing to cheat, then I'm using a save editor or a trainer.
