.CSB Converter?
For anyone who doesn't know, the sound effects are located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sonic Adventure 2\resource\gd_PC\MLT but are in the .CSB format which I'm quite sure there's no possible way to convert it, if their is, can someone let me know. Thank you.

Check out my replies to the many topics about sound effects in this game. Basically, SFIV Audio Manager will let you unpack CSB files and the resulting AAX files as well.

Thanks but I have a slight problem, the sounds come out slightly disorted. Would you know how to fix this? What I do is extract the AAXs out of the CSB, the ADXs out of the AAX's and convert the ADXs the WAVs but the sound always comes out broken in one way or another such as part of the sound being missing or jumpy. Thanks again!

EDIT: I have a feeling it may be my PC running a bit slow at the moment, but if this is not a fault with my PC I'd like to know how to fix it. Thank you.

When I convert to WAV using FormatFactory there is no issue whatsoever so I don't know.

PESFC Converter can convert ADX into WAV. That's the tool I use. It really works.
