What's the list of however many emblems unlock X item in the black market?

Keep in mind that unless they changed it (which I doubt they did), not every color of chao egg will show up for every save, so you might need to use Fusion's Chao Editor to put them into the shop.

Alright, thanks, and.....i'm pretty sure you're wrong about that last part. What's in the black market changes every time you complete/exit a level. You could have a shiny white egg one time and the next time you could find heart fruit and shiny blue eggs. Whether it appears currently or not is completely irrelevant to your save data.

They way it works, as far as I'm aware, is that the eggs are divided into three groups, and each chao world save only has two of those three groups available to randomly appear in the black market.

Do shiny eggs by default legitimately come in monotone or two tone?

Monotone. The only two-tone chao the game gives you are the basic ones you start with, to get the others you have to breed monotone chao with them.

Still, though, it seems like the eggs just cycle between later more rarer ones and earlier ones, like before i didn't have a blue or orange egg in my black market, and now i do, but beforehand i had like green and purple.

It does cycle; the game just kinda randomly picks a couple of egg colors it won't cycle to. Presumably it's a leftover from the Gamecube version where you were supposed to get those colors from your friends or something.
