Try launching with the Mod Manager instead. It fixes a bunch of issues on modern PCs automatically
A few other things to try is:
Verify Game files
In developer>Clear proton Files
Clean wipe and reinstall
Neat tip, you can bypass the launcher by adding the launch command "-q"
You can also set the launcher config file to read-only.
i have tried this and it didnt work app opens then closes
ive searched up photon and it says its for steam deck and i dont have one of those
