How to make a shiny two-tone chao

I'm confused, as to how to make a shiny two-tone chao because I've been breeding a shiny and a normal chao for a long time and never got it to be two tone.
Am I suppose to breed 2 shiny chaos together to make a shiny two tone?
Not only that, whats the best ways to get rings?
