Playing game with keyboard & mouse?

I was wondering if I could play this game with my keyboard and mouse without any troubles, and if it's as bad as sonic DX ? Thanks

Yes, I played it with keyboard. I play everything with keyboard though.

Being a 15+ year old console game with a great deal of focus on analogue control, and having watched my brother agonize his way through the game without it, I really can't stress enough how much of a disservice it is to go without a proper controler.

u can still play this game on keyboard, it just isn't the normal way to play, but if you can adapt, the game itself is quite fun minus some camera issues

I find the game fine with a keyboard, except when running with sonic, it's very jerky and I find it hard to stay going fast when tapping a key to move left or right completely slows you down.

I made an attempt to play with a keyboard, I just couldn't do that to myself anymore. I would highly recommend using a controller. I did not have one so I bought a cheapie 10 dollar one on Ebay and now playing is much more fun C:
