Yeah SA2 is the only game that does this for me. I know others who have also had the same issue with it.
So how did they fix it?
EDIT: I've found a workaround in the 45 minutes since I posted. I was trying to use the app router in Windows 10 to do this. Originally setup Default Audio Device was my laptop, then I was trying to route the game to my TV. Resulted in music and voices on tv and sound effects on laptop.
NOW: I have it that the TV is the default audio device and everything except the game is rerouted to the laptop speakers and the game just uses default. Sound effects, music, and voices all coming from the TV.
I also lied: SA1 also had the same issue. Gonna see if it's fixed now.
