Unintentional Chao Harming Glitch

Hi everyone, I'm been enjoying my time playing Sonic Adventure 2 on PC with mods. Unfortunately, I have run into a problem where whenever I go to pick up one of my Chaos, it accidentally harms them instead. I do not know why it keeps happening, although I have noticed this started happening after installing the DC+ models mod and the Enhanced Chao World mods. Is there any fix for this, since I do not want to go to the Chao Garden and run the risk of unintentionally harming my Chao?

Has to be Enhanced Chao World. Make a backup of your config.ini file for that specific mod and then try changing all of its config settings in the mod loader and see if it still happens.

Make sure you're using the latest version of the mod as well.

I uninstalled the Enhanced Chao World mod to see what happens, and unfortunately it keeps happening. What config settings would you suggest to see if it fixes the glitch?

Guess that wasn't it. You should keep disabling mods one by one until you find the culprit.

I just managed to fix it! It turns out it was the "Have Invincibility" Code that kept causing it, since I had turned it on while playing as Super Sonic... I had to send one of my chao away permanently because of the damage that stupid code caused, however I'm still a bit cautious on whether I should re-download the Enhanced Chao World Mod.
