Quality of Life mods?

So I’ve played this game before but I only got to the mid point of the hero story and that’s it, I’m looking to get all the achievements and I was thinking if there are mods to polish the game a little more o make the experience more enjoyable. Are there any mods like that or vanilla is the best way to do it?
