All my Chao keep falling over, no matter what I do?

This has been bugging me ever since I started the game, I'm now into 2 reincarnations on 5 of my chao and have 3 Chaos chao now, however CONSTANTLY in my garden every single chao including them always fall over after about 3 seconds into walking... Everytime! This has happened since I started the game, all chao in all gardens do this, no matter how I raise them.

I've let them sleep and even after just waking up they fall constantly, I've fed them all the time... still do it... The run stat is really high.. still happens... Yeah.. Maybe its not really a big deal, but it does get annoying hearing falling noises all the time.

Just wondering, is this normal?

Stamina is lvl 99 on almost all my chao though...

There are several reasons.

Being able to run requires the following:
A certain minimum age (regardless of stats)
A certain Stanima level.
A certain Run level
A certain Strength level
A certain general total skill level.

Additionally, Chao that haven't had enough attention will sometimes feign falling over for attention, and certain Chao are just genetically prone to fall over.
