Jet Set Sonic mod? (And/or Jason Griffith voice mod)

I'm looking for a mod that makes Sonic look like Beat from Jet Set Radio, kinda like the mod in Generations. However, I don't think there is one for Adventure 2, since when I look it up, it only shows it for Generations and Lost World.

Same thing for Jason Griffith mod I guess
