City Escape model glitch?

My game runs fine normally, but on City Escape there always is a car stuck in the camera. Even when a car is never hit, there is the bottom of a car or the trolly stuck in the top half of my camera, it essentially cuts my viewable amount in half. Anyone know a fix?
