Not directly. You can cast blood magic spells, summon shadows, and recruit whatever undead partners you like though. You could probably mod in a vampire to play without much difficulty.

No vampires but has succubus preying on sleeping persons plotwist all mothers and nuns ingame are succubus it seems^^

There's Lich and Wraith races in advanced options. I think the Lich only gets some buffs and debuffs, but Wraith does feel more 'undead' in play - its mana functions as armor and thus, health can't be depleted so you effectively have two health pools

there is a vampirism ability but it's reserved to monsters for now. You might find a gene that grant it, but until the devs allow us to modify our own DNA with it, you can only add it to Allies (they will need feat points)
