picture doesnt match the character

uhhh why is this person who looks like a woman a man? like beard and all but their sprite is a girl with long hair no beard? did my game bug?

Certain jobs have specific sprites, while the characters will be random based on their race. Perhaps in the future more job specific portraits will be added or something, but ya most of the time the character portrait will not look like the sprite, unless it's unique NPC. It's not a bug, just something that's not done/polished yet.

If it's a resident in your town you can click on their portrait on the resident board and edit them to look however you want, sprite and portrait.
