How do you create a Paddy field, like for growing Rice?

I got some Rice seeds, but I don't actually know how to make paddies.

But... I don't have a second monitor...

But, looking at the page I was too focused on looking for the word paddy, when the part saying how to do it was using the words hydroponic and riparian.

Anyways, the key was the Bottomless Pot!
I forgot about that tool, but hey that's how it worked in Dragon Quest Builders 2, too!

I think how it works is you have to build a river next to the hoed ground
