Inventory too small and theres too much redundant stuff
either inventory needs to be expanded, maybe a feat that increase inventory size proportional to mana or something, or the redundant crap is trimmed, why is there tuft of grass and tuft of forest grass, then meats, logs and alot of stuff are being clutter for no good reason.

when you go into towns you can have items delivered to your house via delivery box. you can keep those boxes and keep them on your person for added space. same with the cooler box for food. items have stats and passives that why they dont stack up in general.

Later on you can also craft additional bags. inventory isnt much of a problem to be honest. your not suppose to pick up everything in sights either. Weight i feel is more annoying then space. Anyway i hope this help.

you can add delivery boxes as containers in your inventory. They only weight 0.8s. Containers can also contain items, even when not inside one of your dedicated stash slots.

Also, every quickslot works as an inventory space.

yeah, you can equip each box that comes in and it holds inventory, HOWEVER, they can also be burned by fire attacks.

thanks for the tips guys, would still prefer less clutter by design.
At least it can be playable with the delivery box trick early game which is the main issue as u are trying to do a lot of things that your inventory gets clogged annoyingly quickly.

in particular i hope modding support is expanded upon and made easier so i can change the food for stats design, find it immersion breaking on top of clutter.

Food actualy got added stats for a reason eating them buff the said stats you should consider keeping the camp fire on you and cook meat on the go as the need arise.

You can change the UI so it's less cluttered. You can change a container's size, dimensions and even hide their graphic: https://i.imgur.com/WSFlOgN.png

Only issue I have is that when the graphics are hidden, they can still block other things in the UI, meaning you still have to space out each container instead of just having one giant space for stuff, you need separate rows for each bag.

How do you change the dimensions? like height x width. I can't find that setting anywhere.

Hover over the desired bag, click the wrench icon. It will be under "appearance".

When you have it dragged and resized to how you like it, you can also click "config", also under the wrench icon, to lock the bag in place so you don't accidentally drag it around by clicking the invisible background (if you decide to hide it, that is).

once you get a spinning wheel and a loom, take some plastic scrap (break down some unburnable garbage bags) and weave it into thread, and use it to make plastic sacks. These'll be fireproof so you don't have to worry about they burning, like with most other boxes and the like.

Which is why you make them fireproof or use fireproof blankets. You can fireproof an item by going to the workshop (Check the map, i forgot the name of the two smiths there) and trade in your small medals for upgrades. They can also expand the size amongst other things.

buy a tent > Change tent to paper > build paper storage chest > place chests inside tent

everything placed inside the tent will weight .15x its original weight because of the tents material

***bonus***
host a pet / ride a pet (totem meta) and you gain extra storage that prevents food from rotting

***bonus***
theres a mod that makes all items fireproof / ice proof
