Trade with Allies - one at a time!?
Is there no way to just move everything from your ally's inventory to your own that they will permit with one keystroke? Must I really click each individual item one at a time and then click it again in my inventory? How tedious!!!! There must be a better way!

I use my allies as mules when I am crawling threw nefs, as I am sure most people do. Getting back to camp is and selling is a chore!

You have 5 slots for bags, each of which can have more capacity than an entire ally. You can have even more bags in your regular inventory slots if that isn't enough. And it will probably be enough; I've never never come anywhere close to filling that inventory and needing to use allies for additional space.
my inventory is constantly overloaded, so i get wanting to use allies.
but most allies are so limited in what they want to carry its pointless, you rather carry more containers as your "slots" show. these are btw pure cosmetic beside the fact they free a slot.
just carry more bags and boxes.

is your game modded or what items do they carry?
why not just buy a tent? or use a scroll to go back and forth in like 10 secounds?

"stealing" from allies is a mechanic, and its designed to happen on accident if you dont pay attention.
why should the default game give you a magic button that only steals everything thats okay?

thats stuff for mods.

Oh yeah, I'd genuinely forgotten that there are mechanics in place to make doing this even harder. This was a reasonable thing to forget about because of the much better storage solutions mentioned. A paper tent with that ecopo sticker on it will carry more weight than most entire parties, and has functionally infinite "slots".
where are you fellas getting bags?
I just started yesterday on this playthrough after a few years from the first try.

easiest way to get "bags" early is going to tinker camp and put a piece of trash into the delievery box.
at home you will get few days later a cardboardbox that weights nearly nothing and can be used as bag

later on you craft them yourself or you can steal really big bags for example on the casino map for example.

and really late you carry giant chests and wagons in your inventory full of stuff cause the weight doesnt matter to you.

Spinning wheel + Loom, make them. Or they pop up as a wheel prize sometimes. Not hard to get honestly if you know where to get.

-edit
Also backpacks/luggage are as big as your main bag and what you strive for to make/find. There is a "bag of holding" in the game but havent found it yet.
Hold right-click and drag. It'll auto-move anything you mouse over.

Regarding bags: You will need to savescum, but find a shrine with a wheel and just keep rolling it until you get a bag/backpack recipe (35 slots) or a pouch recipe (20 slots). You have five bag slots that should be more than enough, but if you like to micro stuff like scrolls/potions, you can technically also store stuff in any container you keep in your backpack, and I like to keep a few pouches for specific loot types there as well. Just requires some tweaking of individual containers' configuration settings to make sure stuff auto-sorts into the desired container.
Also - once you start getting return scrolls/spellbooks, note that you can return to a previously-visited dungeon with one as long as it remains on the world map (ie. before the scene shake that signifies a map reset).

The pouch recipe thankfully comes with the loom.
I learned that the world map is a good way to level faith and in turn get weight training done to handle more inventory loads.

Making paper containers is a good way to expand the inventory slots, but in the end all those loot adds up and will always be another 50-100s of weight at all times...

Plus when you start gearing up with better gear, your overall minimum weight goes up, so you gotta do the weight training over and over again to cope.

It might be more versatile to do the raw food arrow materials to get fertilizer for breaking into corpses, as there is a lv4 str pile that don't expire, that you can give to your allies... When their STR goes up, their weight capacity goes up slightly...

Another boost is using those corpse with seasoning to bolster the str potential more.

The tent is one of the other options to haul loads of stuff... Unless you can put a delivery box in a tent, and use it to unload stuff in there and wait for it to vanish?

There's no way around it, you'll need to grind to handle looting long term.

You can try to get paper logs or such and make containers out of that.

I had... completely forgotten that. And went so far as to savescum for it on my current save before I actually built the damn thing >.>

Hey man, deep breaths. Nobody is blaming you. This ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game.....You will find 8 shrines in a row for recipes and all of them will be posters and flooring. Every gawd damn one of em. I've been keeping track, 20 tries on the last shrine to get something even remotely useful and that I did not have already. Posters and flooring came up 3 times in a row and were half the frickin reloads. I give this game a bad review, i'll play it, with mods. But its just horrible as it is now and needs a lot of work before I delete that review or even change it. hell if they would just give exp gain a setting we could adjust without a mod would be a step in the right direction.
Moongates are your friend if it gets annoying with the RNG and such and you want to take it easier... Some of em lets you mine resources.

It's not too bad, just annoying lol. I spent a solid 5 minutes reloading for something useful.

Elin's got some advantages over E+CGX, but honestly... I still prefer the latter. It's more fun. I just can't play it properly on Linux.

Really hoping someone's working on a full port of E+'s evolution features. There's one guy porting in all of the creatures, which is great, but I'd love to see the pet evolutions that made E+ great make a comeback in Elin.
