Impossible fence in Lumiest

You know that floating fence on the right hand side of the bridge/walkway as you enter Lumiest ? The ones you wouldnt normally be able to build without raising the floor ?

Just want to put it out there that its supported by a platform/foundation thats literally called 'Support (Platform)' crafting level 15. If you 'rotate' it, it will look like a stump on the bottom corner of the grid. The type of fence thats used in Lumiest is called 'Wooden Fence' crafting level 20, and its posts somewhat masked the visual stump of the Support(platform). Also I find it funny that the first section of the bridge/walkway, the right hand fence is a bit sunken to the ground and hide the Support(platform) stump, but past the fountain the height of the the Support(platform) is not sunken and the stump is somewhat visible.

Next if someone can explain how to make that 2 wheat fields in Yowin, that'd be great.

What about it? It's literally the Wheat crop.
If you want it to stay that way without harvesting just for the aesthetics, you can use Defertilizer (Fertilizer + any type of Garbage in Millstone) once it's at the correct stage of development.

No bro, the wheat plant/crop is directly on the same tile as the wall (fence).
I don't think that's possible normally ? Heck how many times now I had to renovate my farms because I forgot to inset the plowed ground relative to the fence.
