Is there a way for me to teleport between my settlements?
Can I use the Hearth stone to instantly go between my owned settlements? Much like how residents do it.

There is the Fast Travel option, but that still costs in-game days. Just wondering if there is an actual teleport in this game.

Nino, the cat man at Tinker's Camp, sells an item called a Teleporter.
If you install, set their IDs to match, and power up the teleporter in both settlements, you can use it to teleport between them.

The caveat is that both settlements need to have their Hearth Stones at or above Level 5, in order to be have access to the "Network" functionality.

You can also try to make use of the Return spell/scroll to teleport to a possible nearby location to where you want to be.

Though you can normally only use Return to teleport to recently visited Nefia, story-related Nefia, such as Vernis Mines, will always appear on the list of locations.
Some non-Nefia locations will also permanently appear on the Return list, once visited, such as Little Garden to the west of Meadow.

Thanks so much. I didn't know Teleporters can work between settlements.

I just got Vernis, and it's quite a long way from Meadow to there. Apparently, my "home" has been automatically set to Vernis so my Return scroll goes there. I used scroll of Return to Puppy Cave instead, then went out. I'll be stocking up on more Returns.

Guess I'll be power leveling Vernis to Level 5 to get Network. Do Teleporters need power? I guess I need both settlements to have generators?
both teleporters need power yes
make sure the IDs you give them match spelling and case

with that said if one side loses power (say to due its raining and your generators in your destination location the generators are outside and thus shorted out) you will still be able to teleport TO the location but you won't be able to teleport OUT until power is restored

Once you've unlocked the bottm floor of Vernis, until you can get 50MW of electricity in each town, enough gold bar to buy 2 teleporters, and both towns to lvl5, set your spawn point at meadow. When you want to go to vernis, you use retruen scroll/spell, then escape scroll/spell. wen you want to go to Meadow, you just use return.

If you do not move the emplacement of Meadow, you can also target puppy cave with return spell, but in the long run you should move Meadow near a town that gives you benefits, such as Palmia ( all around benefit ), Lumiest ( far away, usefull for mages ), or Port Kapull ( far away ). Mysilya can be easily reach from Nymele teleport point

Yes, teleporters need 60MW of Power to work.
While generators would be nice to have, if you instead use NPCs whose Job/Hobby produces power as a side effect, that also works.
In fact, I believe Poppy the puppy you rescue has such a Job as a guarantee.
And another NPC who joins your settlement after the events at Vernis Mine will also have such a job.

Anyways, Nino only stocks one teleporter at a time, so buy one now, and either wait for his shop to restock, or spend Tinker's Camp influence to instantly restock it.
They do cost (I think) 30 Gold Bars apiece, so prepare accordingly.
After you buy them, place them at your settlement, middle-click on them to Set ID and name it whatever you want.
But both locations will have to be set to the same ID.
Like "1" and "1".
Though, I like naming mine to reflect their connections, like "Meadow/Vernis" or something.

You can continue making use of Return magic while you get things set up.
Vernis is always easily accessible as long as you have a stock of Return available, since you can just teleport to the mines, then use Evacuation to quickly get back to the surface.
