How to forget spell?

I want to remove fireball from my spell list

You can't just forget a spell.
Are you talking about disabling a spell from being used during Auto Combat, or something?

Because you can do that a few ways.
Go to your character info page, and over in the strategy tab, choose to see additional info if it's not already showing you stuff like the various checkboxes and whatnot.
From there you can set your stuff to either not use spells you don't have on your hot bar, or to only use spells you've "Favorited".

But if all that's not what you're talking about, you'll have to go into further detail.
But, what's wrong with Fire Ball?
Are you self-inflicting damage because of lack of Control Magic skill or burning your own allies items due to lacking Magic Manners feat?

Or if you want to remove it from your hot bar, just open the inventory, click it to pick it up, and drop it outside of your inventory. You'll still know the spell, but it won't be on your hot bar any more.

I don't quite understand how to remove spells from the Hotbar (the one that appears when you press B).
I have so many spells that it takes up 2 rows, and many of them I hardly ever use. I want to remove them. How do I do that?

That is ability bar, you can not remove the spell from it, but you can make the spell you want as favorite by middle click it, and then use the star(favorite) tab that only will show the one you pick.

Yeah I don't want my character to spam aoe and eat up so much mana when they can do just fine with just whacking the enemies or just use low mana spell, I can't put spells on hotbar and make my character to just use abilities from hotbar because my hotbar is filled with tools

The hotbar is the one that you control with number keys, where you typically put tools and stuff.

The most productive solution would be for you to get a training dummy (you can craft one easily) and DUNKING that mf with the spells you don't want.
It will give you the added benefit of leveling the stats related to those spells too.
If they are friendly spells just target yourself.
