I train my instrument in city to see the reaction, and I have auto act mod enable which allow same repeatable action to repeat. and I start to play my instrument while I cook some dinner, when I back the city folks kill each other, is this feature or bug? where should I train my instrument? if I train in empty zone it says "no one respond" and stop playing

Sometimes NPC's will fight, it's not a you problem. If your skill is low you can train it up a bit by playing at the orphanage east of the meadow where you start, children in general are more accepting of low music skill. Your goal is to be able to play the party missions from the job board, higher music scores take higher music skills of course, so start with the small ones and keep taking bigger ones until you can't hit the score anymore. Just make sure you know that wherever you play, guards(and mascots) are VERY critical and can throw things at you if you aren't skilled enough, if it's a new character and/or you have low hp/defenses you will just die. Playing in the same spot for the same people for too long will also cause them to lose interest and stop giving you money/skill, or at least give you much less, so keep that in mind if you're gonna afk it.

1 and 2 star music quest NPCs are much more forgiving for low skill. I use them to train music rather than the overworld.
