Im stuck on The Gold Beneath

I cant upgrade vernis to level 2. Im sure its because i haven't gotten all the talking events but cant seem to get them to trigger. Up to The girl with the evil eye i think.

Make sure you didn't enable "Growth Suppression" at the House Board. Enable "Growth Boost" instead, and be patient. Depending on how much you stuff in the Shipping Box and whether you can avoid returning to your previous home (which causes it to grow from shipments instead of Vernis), it can take quite some time.

Shipments will count for the town you last opened a shipping bin from. You can go back to any other town you own as long as you do not open its shipping bin.

Hearthstone experience is needed for it to level up. Experience is gained over time with Encourage Growth activated, as well as from Pioneer NPC jobs. Experience is also gained from sending stuff via the shipping chest, wherein the experience gained is based on the number of items sold, unlike orens which is based on the value of the items sold.

Ya but sadly it doesn't seem to change no matter how much I ship. I tested and shipped 300 bottles of wine. It went to 90 percent then snapped back to 30. Damn frustrating.

This is SUPER easy to do for all your towns the amount of progress gained is on a per item basis not a per value basis so shipping a full box of expensive stuff or individual items like say equipment that don't stack gets you next to no progress. Lets say a full box of 40 items gets you 0.40% of the way to the next level so you'd need 250 days of full boxes to level up.

But if you just go into the mine in Vernis and mine all the loose rocks on the floor and all the soil walls to get as many junk rocks as possible you can with just 2 levels get over 100 junk rocks and then you cut them on the stone cutter into 2000 stone pebbles doing this should net you between 10% and 14% of the way to the next level if you combine this with the apostle of earth and weightlifting and a tent with storage you can take any altars and mine carts you find so you can get 5K plus this way so your getting some cash as well and when the cave is empty just go mine other caves or better yet the dungeons with stone walls as they guarantee getting stone to cut up rather than it just being a chance at getting stone.

But yeah whenever I want to level a place up I just use a ton of pebbles, I even have a box full of all the junk stones and pebbles I don't need yet ready to rush my next settlement to level 5 so I can use a teleporter there too. Obviously remove growth suppression first if you do have that enabled.

Thanks for all for the help. ive learned im dumb as hell and tatterdemalian is much smarter then me. I turned Growth Suppression on and forgot about it. Was trying ♥♥♥♥ for like 7 hours and that was it. man i feel dumb for that but thanks guys for the help.
