Job signs?

I do not know where to craft or buy them. And Google aint helpin.

It says my residents will not do farm/fishing work without them. But I have no idea how to get a job sigh.

Create a "signboard workshop" (at a workbench). You can make the various signs there.

I forget who you buy the blueprint from though.

You get it as part of the tutorial quest. I think it's the one where you have to make an enclosed building (which also gives you the training dummy).

You should get the Signboard Workbench recipe for free from Ashland for completing the quest where you build a house. If you lost or destroyed it somehow, Nino at the Tinker's Camp sells it for gold bars.

Also, to find out how to craft something that you have the recipe for, press F2 to open the known recipe menu, then search for whatever it is. If you have the recipe, it will tell you what station you need to use to craft it.
