Quest is called "First Shipping Box".
You get items dropped on the ground to make a "shipping chest".
Make the shipping chest and report to Loytel.
The shipping chest has to be made of palulu wood.

You HAVE to make them from the palulu wood given by loytel.
I tried to make my beginner shipping box with oak wood to match my planned build aesthetics, but instead I softlocked myself dahahaha.

It's not much of a softlock. You still have the logs and can just make a new one, and if you don't have the logs you can go to the beach or Port Kapul to chop more.

I just checked you're right !

Its not the wood that became the problem, its the nail that I thought it would need.
Turns out it only needs strings and a stick. The string is easy enough in the starter workbench and the sawmill only needs rocks and logs, all of which is accessible without even leaving the map. I guess I was overthinking it and just restarted dahahaha

Even if nails were needed, they aren't locked behind the quest, and you need the Tinker's Table to complete the quest that comes after that one anyway.
Thanks, i know what goes wrong now, i skipped the container setting tutorials.
