For pixel rounding method (settings for this are in "other" and seen near the bottom), I am using "default" for the pixel snap method, and "Ceil" for pixel rounding method.
This is how it looks in-game: https://imgur.com/a/pQ5V10y
For me this is perfect. The pixels are crisp without any bleed with the aliasing on the character being minimal and colors are vibrant without being straining on the eyes. Places that are dark with no light are, y'know, quite dark, whilst them being bright is bright. Night brightness is set to 130% in the experimental setting so I can actually still see at night, though. You will have to enable the experimental settings in the "other" tab if you don't want night to be incredibly dark if you're going to copy the setting.
I never would have guessed that of all settings the pixel snap/rounding would make such a massive difference with the blur issues I was having - thanks for the mention there. Oddly enough for me Pixel Snap "Ceil" and especially Pixel Rounding "Odd" makes a massive difference in the quality and removes the majority of the blurriness on its own.
After adding a bit more sharpness on my side (likely the monitor pulling some weight on your end like you mentioned) your preset looks excellent on my side appreciate the suggestion!
