Yeek cave has been implemented as a fully functional dungeon since the location was made visitable, whether it's "done" or not is questionable, their might be quests or new enemies added to it in the future.
Some people had a bug where the dungeon wasn't loading, the dev attempted a fix which I don't remember if is on live or not now, but if you are on nightly at least the game basically deletes the location from the map and rebuilds it with the next dungeon reset period as an attempt to fix it for people with that bug. I never had the issue so I can't say if it was effective or not.
