Wiki does have it on the list of currencies, but it says there's no use for it atm.

Unless you're playing on the Nightly branch of updates and it was just recently implemented, I'd guess you should just hold onto it until it's useful.

It was newly added in the nightly, the patch notes say there will be a use for them in the future.

It mentions Nino's Caravan, and Nino is the name of the Caravan Master at tinker's camp, but yeah, it doesn't look like there's any way to actually turn them in for anything yet.

There's a raffle wheel in the middle of tinker's camp with a mascot next to it saying about not ready yet. Probably there where its gonna be spent.

Both wheel + mascot and the coupons appeared at the same time as the update.

I'm just speculating as there's also the coupon icon appearing in some of my crafting list items.

You get 1 coupon the first time you craft any given recipe (maybe more for higher level ones? idk). The coupon icon tells you what you haven't crafted yet.

Selling them might not be a good idea though considering they look like they might be a one time reward.

The option to use them at the tinker's camp has just been added (wheel next to the mascot)!

There is also a wheel in Olvina with different rewards than tinkers camp. As it seems to be something to boost a new character early on and the places are near the meadow base, so I would guess there is also one in yowin or mysilia

There are also those prize wheels over in Noyel and Kapul, apparently.

Rewards seem quite random, got everything from tissues to tvs to beds to a sister who follows me from it.
