You can also try throwing your stock towards the shipping box, throwing apparently doesn't take time.
Having higher speed makes it easier. If your speed is lower due to being hungry or sleepy, it'll make it more difficult. Conversely, having boons to increase your speed will of course make it a heck of a lot easier because you can move a tile or three without it taking a "turn". High weight capacity of course also makes it easier as you can carry more at once before being slowed by being burdened.
You can try using any companions you have on you to try and carry some of the food stock as well.
Short teleport at the beginning can maybe help save you a few rounds to start (if you can't see any fields in your immediate vicinity to investigate).
Some of these quests go as low as a 30.0s requirement, even I don't go for any that require as many as 140.0s of stock to ship.
Bonus : Scan your surouding with map spell/scroll to spot big crops immediately.
Bonus 2 : only move long distance with teleport spell
Bonus 3 : use a speed spell right before starting to harvest a big crop
you can do the easier one first, complete the required amount and continue to harvest until you get ~100.0s (it depends) before the quest end. of course you still need to harvest heavy crops
make sure to separate the crop stacks, since excess crops will be confiscated at the end of the quest,
i usually place my heaviest stack in my extra bags with a smaller stack in lower slot in the same bag and one small stack in the main bag
they almost always confiscate the stack in the main bag
you can use the extra crops for another quest,
you will get -1 karma for the confiscated crops but it cancel out with +1 karma from completed quest
But I guess you can get way more with High music skill in parties, especially if your class is musician (better tips feat)
