Recruiting Town NPCS & Named Adventurers
Two questions regarding that:
If I recruit let's say Myselia's Secretary, will a new one spawn there or will it remain unfilled forever.

The other thing is that I recently managed to get Meshrada to the required level and she asks me for a whopping 100+ Charisma. Aren't her stats supposed to be way below that?

First question the answer is that they will eventually respawn as long as they're not a unique NPC (like those from the story). Even the exotic merchant from the Merchants Guild respawns.
Yes! i advise this with merchants you have invested in! Want a gun dealer for a town you own? Well invest in the one at the cyberdome and when they like you recruit them to your town.

Playing as a succubus? Well you NEED a harem of adventurers, and not some shonen isakai protag harem either, oh no, you need to molesting them in their sleep for the stat bonuses, which go BOTH ways! Then there is the fact that they are already strong, so not that big of a need to train them, and they have good equipment too.

Listed NPC stats on the wiki are an average, there is some element of RNG to them. I also don't know if the charisma check looks at a NPC's temporary stats, like equipment or Divine Wisdom (it does for your charisma any way). Lastly NPCs can level up in the game and improve their stats over time, if you spend a lot of time near them and they are eating, training, killing enemies, etc. then they could gain a few points.

I do indeed not know whether she was buffed... 101 Charisma is heavy though, my best stat is WIll with 66 (Buffed) on Lv 37.
Maybe I should try getting Kiria first.
