"Mental damage" causes a target's death message to mention killing themselves, I think that kind of works and isn't really that questionable. Basically destroying their mind to the point where you can tell them to off themselves. "Mind control" to that effect is pretty common in games.
I mean, there's not really a REASON to do that, though.
At least the Self-harm skill acts like an emergency short teleport in case you somehow get yourself stuck somewhere with little other recourse.
You are given the choice to do it, its up to you to go through or not.
