If you're going to spend those gold medals, I suggest you save 10 at all times! There's an item you may want to buy from Miral and Garokk from time to time! I won't say more than that at risk of spoilers! Enjoy!!

I bwould actually suggest you keep those ten medals to spend on whatever you want, use furniture tickets to grab a slot machine, bring it to your base. Give engagement amulets to the casino clerk, put them in t]same location. When you need that item, do some slots til you can get it. Some clever same scum will save those precious medals...

i second that. if you are able to save scum, then use the casino to get that item if needed.
use the small medals for whatever cool thing you want to have instead
